Commander Position That You Are Applying For:
212th Commander Cody

Why Are You Best For This Position?:
I’m not going to say I am the best one for this position but I will say that I’m most likely more qualified for it than any of the other applicants that have applied so far. I’ve never run such a large battalion like this before. I have one experience commanding a very large group of people when I was commander for the first time. I was ordered to command the entire server during an event because I was the highest rank on at the time. I was nervous but I pulled through. I improvised. That is why I will be okay for this position. I’m adaptable, quick-witted, and most of all, I can improvise. Don’t get wrong though, I do a lot of planning but sometimes, things just don’t go as planned. I have a lot of time on my hands so running a battalion as big as 212th will be a lot easier for me. I can mass recruit and keep them trained.

Experience (Elaboration on Q10)
Leadership

I believe I can lead a group of people that wish to achieve the same goal pretty well. I can easily take charge of a situation with my squad and others if there commanding officers are not present. I will keep my group organized and well-trained. I'm a great leader. I stand up for my squad mates. I fight with my squad mates. I take charge and control of my squad mates. I will ensure this battalion keeps it lore reputation as an large battalion under my command.
Knowledge (More detail on the last question)

I have a lot of knowledge on StarwarsRP and the clone wars. I've watched all the shows and movies. I watch youtube lore videos on specific battalions or events. I mostly focus specifically on clones and their battalions as well as sith. I find those two the most interesting part of the clone wars.

Dedication

The most obvious one, dedication. You can not be a strong leader without dedication to your goal or group/squad/battalion. I assure you that, I will be dedicated to growing and maintaining this battalion.

Why Do You Want To Be This Position?:
I believe I have the necessary skills to becoming a clone commander. I am ambitious and I saw an opportunity to move up in the ranks. I also love to be in control. I like to keep things the way I want them to be and as commander, I will be able to do that with my own battalion.I believe I am skilled enough to be classed as an elite clone commander. I have been in this position about twice in my time of playing starwarsRP as a whole and I've enjoyed both times. I've watched my battalions grow and made friends with a lot of my troops and I enjoyed that experience. I wish to enjoy it again as well as allow my troops to feel the same. I want to provide what is best for the battalion and I believe having someone such as myself in the commander position is in it's best interest.

How Would You Run This Battalion?:

Tryouts

Firstly, I believe in quality over quantity. That being said, I do not wish to make you think I will only choose the best of the best from my tryouts because I won't. Of course, I won't take minges, rulebreakers or complete idiots. I will take who I believe does or can exceed everyone else with proper training. I take the average and train them to be the best.

Also note, the strike system will not be used for these tryouts.

That being said,  I will give a layout of how my tryouts will work.

General, basic things such as faces, formations, ranks (Not all but specific ranks you salute or address as 'sir'), PTS, etc..The basics. If anyone fails to do any of these, they will be retrained by me and given a re-do in a private tryout. (I blame the teacher for the students failure, not the student).
Trigger Discipline. This is where I will actually utilize the strike system. If they hit me three times, they are out. Although, this won’t be normal alt walking infront of a firing squad trigger discipline. That is unrealistic. If you are a trooper walking directly infront of a firing squad, you deserve to be shot down. This will be like a battlefield. Troops spread out, firing at an assigned target as I run around on the ‘battlefield’, taking cover and generally being infront of them without trying to. Target practice. How this works is, I shoot a few times in different areas on the wall (the blaster mark is the target). I tell them when to fire. I test how fast they fire at the target and their accuracy.
PvP and PvE(if possible). This depends on the amount of CTs that show up to my tryouts but in PvP, I will separate the CTs into teams. Here, I will test them on how well they can work together as well as making sure they do not TK or hit each other in the back while firing. If not enough show up to my tryouts, I will improvise.(Most likely, them against me alone or volunteers).
Questions. Basic lore, brotherhood code, and scenario questions.

That will conclude my tryouts. I will handpick those who have passed. I will then proceed to train them on the areas they were lacking. For example, if someone got a lot of questions wrong but did everything else correctly, I would speak to them and ensure that they know what to do in the same and similar scenarios.

Events

During events, I would like my team to be on the frontlines, as 212th is known as one of the larger, and frontline battalions. With their training, they will be able to handle it. I will keep an eye on them as well as lead them into battle. I will communicate with them through discord for easier and more effective communication. I plan on using a lot of custom made formations so it’s easier for my men to follow me as well as it is for them to operate without orders.

After the event, we will go to debriefing as usual but I will hold a separate debriefing after the public one in our own private quarters. From there, I will speak to them on things they need to improve on and things they have done well.

Training

Trainings will not be on a specific schedule. I will hold training when I feel my troops need them. The trainings will not consist of random things I feel like we should do. It will be anything new I think of or what my team needs to improve on.

How familiar are you with the lore of the Battalion you are applying for?
I am very familiar with this and all lore of any battalion. For this specific battalion, I've watched them in the clone wars (the animated show) and the movie. 212th attack battalion was led by Jedi Master Obi Wan Kenobi and Commander Cody. It’s one of the most popular and largest frontline battalions in the clonewars. They are identifiable by their yellow markings. They fought alongside Captain Rex and his 501st battalion. The 212th executed order 66 on the planet Utapau in Pau City. They served the Galactic Empire as stormtroopers. Commander Cody became leader of an Imperial battalion stationed on Timira City.
Do you have any prior experience as a Commanding Officer?:
I have been in the commanding officer position several times on starwarsRP but also on other RP servers. Allow me to elaborate
I will not be naming the servers for the sake of advertising (as they are still active communities). Although, for starwarsRP, Spades, or as you guys know him, Scorch/Pup can vouch for me on starwarsRP.

StarwarsRP

SFC 1333 Cookie - Havoc. First commanding position before I was taken in by ARC
CPT Nines - Advanced Recon Commandos. I was the 3rd in command of this battalion, directly under COL Spades. Although, I saw myself as 2nd and Spades as my 1st in command as he lead us the most after our first commander had left. The rest were pretty shitty and he helped us through them. I quit ARC as it started to die and went after Shock.
COL Thire - I went head to head against someone in commander tryouts but I got a question wrong that he got correct which made me lose. After tryouts though, the new commander had offered me the COL position. I served as Thire for some time in Shock. The commander had quit so I took his position.
Commander Fox - I had this position for some time. It was a small battalion. After I had done all my reforms and had finished organizing it. Although, I felt security wasn't really for me and I left my position to someone I trusted more with it. After that, I went on to Wolfpack.
Commander Wolfe - I had a larger squad in this battalion. There really wasn't much to do with this squad though and it was transformed into an ARC-Like sniper team due to the last commander donating for snipers. The owner did not allow me to replace them with more lore-like equipment so a lot of players left as well as myself.

After all those experiences, I went onto be RC Scorch due to his interest in explosions.

I ended my career on that server as CAG SGT Cookie, which was an Admiral Guard (A custom server Shock sub-division) for the Admiral/Grand Admiral.

SCPRP (If you have not played this gamemode, it's a mix of prison and militaryRP)

I very much enjoy SCPRP. I played on after I had quit starwarsRP for quite awhile.

The first commanding officer position I hit was
Provost Captain - This is the Shock of SCPRP. They ensure everything is up to code and everyone is following the rules. I was then promoted to site manager.
Site Manager - This position did not do much but supervise the captains of each branch. I tried to go for site director (Incharge of everyone and everything) but had failed.

On that server, I ended my career as the site manager.
How active can you be a Commanding Officer on the server?:
Very. I'm on about 6 hours a day, depending on homework/tests. Weekends I am a lot more available. I would like to say, school comes first.

Do you a microphone/discord?:
Yes and yes.

How would you handle a trooper who was acting up in your battalion?:
Depending on the severity, it would be a verbal warning in almost all cases.
If this person in question continues to do whatever he/she is doing, it will be X amount of laps around the MHB.
Then demotion,
And lastly, removal from the battalion.

For officers, punishments will be more severe as I expect them to know better.

For officers, depending on the severity, it will be a verbal warning and most likely X amount of laps around the MHB.
If what they have done deems them unfit for their position, they will be removed from their officer rank entirely. If not, they will simply be demoted.
If they continue, it's a demotion completely from their officer rank if it has not been stripped already.
Lastly, a kick from the battalion.

What do you know about Clonewars?:
In the overall clone wars, I know the clones were manufactured in Kamino as part of the Darth Sidious's plan to begin a war that would end in the ultimate defeat of the Jedi. The first battle began on the battle of Geonosis, which was one of the most brutal battles in clone history. (I don't know much about what happened in the 2nd movie as it did not exactly catch my interest but I loved the 3rd). The chancellor used the Shock battalion to carry out specific orders by him as Shock was loyal to him directly, which what led most of the clones to despise Shock as most clones were loyal to the Jedi. The chancellor used Anakin as well, forming a fake friendship with him to gain his trust. As the clone wars went on, the chancellor slowly deceived Anakin so he would eventually turn against the Jedi and execute order 66. At birth, clones had inhibitor chips which were placed in their brains to ensure absolute loyalty when it came to order 66. Although, some clones did not obey this order, as they removed their inhibitor chips. The first clone to remove theirs was CT-5555 Fives, which almost foiled Darth Sidious's plan to kill the Jedi but Fives was terminated by Commander Fox. After order 66 was initiated, several Jedi had been shot down by clones which had fought aside them for several years and battles. Some Jedi were skilled or lucky enough to escape but the majority had perished. Anakin Skywalker was renamed Darth Vader by Emperor Palpatine, thus ending the clone wars and beginning the Galactic Empire. The remaining clones were either absorbed into the 501st (Anakins battalion) and/or turned into the first stormtroopers.

EDIT:
I would just like to address a common issue that I've been hearing about.
People aren't typically on until something happens like an event or tryouts or anything.
I'd just like to say that I will constantly be providing my troops and possibly even others if they need it, with training, passiveRP situations, PvP sims and maybe sometimes speak to a gamemaster on making a PvE simulation aswell.
I want this server to grow and I want people to have fun on this server.
