If yes, explain in detail: [b]Once back in Vanguard Gaming, I was only around 12 or 13? I never got the thorough idea of what being a staff member meant, I never really grasped the idea ever since then, but now- I've got a pretty decent hold of what being a staff member means.[/b] Do you have any experience being staff on GMOD? If yes, state what servers, ranks,and why you wanted to be staff?:  Yes they are listed below. [b]I want to be staff because I worry and matter about the players, I think more of the players and such- I want to be there when were needed and I want to provide the best management and or service they can get! [/b] Are you staff on any other server at the moment?: Not as of Currently- I have quit a server recently though. Do you have experience with ULX commands?: Yes I know the basics of how to use ULX and such and I do have experience with some ULX Commands I'd rate myself a 4 or 5 out of 10 for ULX commands. [b]What can you bring to the Staff team?: I think I can bring great service to when a player calls to it as well as being active on the server most admins and or people have to work around a schedule of "Hey I have to go to work!" and I don't mainly because I'm a minor- I can be active a lot of the time, I also have plenty of experience under my belt as stated above with the servers, I also tend to be a serious person and a good roleplayer as stated from my friends and people who have seen me RP on the server and such![/b] Why would you like to join the our staff team?: [b]I have many friends here, and honestly, my friends have gotten me really entwined with Wintercross, To be honest I love Wintercross and the way its structured has made me fall in love with it, I honestly wish and or help watch the server grow and have a stable staff team and make sure the players enjoy there time here![/b] Why should we accept you over other applicants before and infront of yours?: [b]I honestly think all applicants can bring different skills to different departments, I can bring seriousness and Roleplay to the server aswell, including activeness and great service to players, sure that might sound good but it's good for staff to be nice to players so they can get a nice image of what the staff team is like, and adding to my activeness, I can be on at times that may not be good for others, need someone on a 4 in the morning on a weekend? Im your guy![/b] How often can you be online?:[b] I can be online for school days for around 4 or 5 hours at most before I have to go to bed, on weekends I can be on all day if needed.[/b] Do you have a working microphone?: [b]Yes[/b]! Do you have discord on your computer/phone?: [b]Yes[/b]! ===Situations=== You log into to see a group of players mass RDMing other players at spawn, from the looks of it everyone is involved in some way or form. How do you proceed?  [b]I would strip everyone that would be involved and then trying to contact other staff members, if other members cant come, I would jail tp them to a private spot where no one can access w/o admin powers and such, depending on how many they kill I'd do different punishments such as warns and kicks and if it soon advances to a punishment where I can't determine I would contact a higher up to determine it.[/b] A new recruit spawns into the server, as soon as the recruit loads in, he runs out of the Training Room and begins to mic spam. How do you proceed?  [b]Since I'm a VST and soon to being Sergeant- I would handle it in RP first, I would pull him aside from everyone talking to him for a solid 3-4 minutes hopefully trying to try him to stop and verbally warn him and if he didn't I would arrest him and talk to him in the brig, I would then contact a staff member to watch over him as soon as he gets out of the brig to handle it, If I am staff in this situation and I have done all such as before and he would continue, I would warn him for FailRP - (Micspam) If he would continue I would kick him with the reason of "Please join the server back when your ready to RP seriously!"[/b]  Admin chat is being spammed by a lot of players with requests that you may or may not be able to do, you are on the only staff member online and players are getting impatient. How do you proceed? [b]I would first go into discord and ask for some staff to get onto the server, after all I am one person and I'm not two people, I would then try to handle all the requests as I can, once another Staff gets on hopefully things would be a bit smoother, If the staff member did not arrive I would do them as best as I can seeing as I am not multiple people and they would have to be patient.[/b]
