In Game Name: Steam Name: Mr. J Hellcase.com Steam ID: STEAM_0:1:92772766 Age: 18 Commander Position That You Are Applying For: 327th Application Why Are You Best For This Position?: Well, there are multiple reasons why I think I am best for this position. First, would be my overall experience. I have almost 2500 Hours in Gmod and 95% of that I would say belongs to Clonewars RP. I also have 2500 hours in Arma 3, which I know has nothing to do with Clonewars RP, but I think leading Military SIM units on Arma 3 as a First Sergeant has given me a lot of experience leading in general and I know that can be transfered to Clonewars RP. Second, I would think that my maturity and my ability to work with other commanders is another perk of mine that I take to heart; a effective commander has to be able to work with all aspects of the Republic. Third, would be my experience as pretty much every commander position possible on Clonewars RP. Ive been pretty much everything, some including: 327th Commander, 212th Commander, ARC Commander, 41st Commander, Galactic Marines Commander, Niner, Boss, etc. Why Do You Want To Be This Position?: Well, I disbanded Omega squad because I believed that to many specops was one reason new people joining the server didnt stay. I want to be the Commander of the 327th because I believe I can have a direct positive impact on the servers overall health. I want to be Commander because im tired of not having good, active commanders on the server. Also, my enjoyment of leading is always a plus. How Would You Run This Battalion?: Very strict. 327th is suppose to have the toughest clone troopers in the republic due to their constant assignments in the outer rim of the Galaxy. Tryouts will be to par with the 212th and 501st, but maybe a little harder. There are 3 things that I find important in any effective battalion: How to respect, how to lead, and how to execute. This is why my troopers will be top notch in the field and off the field on the Venator.   How familiar are you with the lore of the Battalion you are applying for? Very familliar  Do you have any prior experience as a Commanding Officer?: Yes. I stated that earlier in why i was the best choice for this position. How active can you be a Commanding Officer on the server?: Im already very active on the server and I dont see anything that will change that.  Do you a microphone/discord?: Yes. How would you handle a trooper who was acting up in your battalion?: Depending on the severity of what they did they would be either demoted, PTd, or kicked out. What do you know about Clonewars?: What do I know? I would say im very familliar with almost all aspects of the clone wars.
