Why would you like to join the our staff team?: As mentioned previously I know Agent, and the servers that he owns/co-owns have always been fun and most people are quite friendly while also maintaining RP at the same time. Sunday-12:00PM-10:00PM CST Do you have a working microphone?:Yes Do you have discord on your computer/phone?:Yes ===Situations===**** You log into to see a group of players mass RDMing other players at spawn, from the looks of it everyone is involved in some way or form. How do you proceed? First I'd freeze all players involved and try to ask what they were doing and why they were doing it. (This situation can go many ways depending on how cooperative the players are) If all players are being cooperative I'd start with one player then move on to the next. If their cause for the mass RDMing is small I'd let them all off with a warn. A new recruit spawns into the server, as soon as the recruit loads in, he runs out of the Training Room and begins to mic spam. How do you proceed? First I'd gag him and bring him to a private location to speak with him about how he was disrupting other players' RP and being annoying. I'd then let him go with a warning and if any more problems accrued then I'd ban him for at least a day. Admin chat is being spammed by a lot of players with requests that you may or may not be able to do, you are on the only staff member online and players are getting impatient. How do you proceed? Assuming I can't get a hold of an additional staff member I'd start with putting in Advert " I am currently the only staff member on and can't get ahold of another one, I will try to help you all as soon as possible. I will start with who ever requested a staff member first." *- I was higher than a Moderator but Agent and I can't remember what rank I was, so I put the lowest staff member. **-I've had experience with ULX before but it's been so long since I last administrated on a GMod server that I might as well put no and start out fresh. ***- I don't know how many people have experienced a mass minging before and it's the only thing that can even remotely be unique that I've had experience with that some others may not have experience with. **** I believe a more detailed description of the Situations would help with my answers, because it is all dependent on who the minge is and how their personality is.[/color]
